Email Alert for customers for Maintenance alerts or Security Alerts

3/25 our controller was down and I had to reach out to support to find out they were updating our controller in the middle of the day.

It was due to a security advisory, I am happy they were updating it, annoyed I was not alerted they were doing it so I could inform my techs.

Some sort of Email alerting system needs to be setup so we can be aware of issues.
