Hyperlink IP address of devices to HTTP to launch web GUI when "View" button not working

We have a View button when the discovery protocol tells us the device has a web GUI, but some devices have a web GUI and don't tell us so we don't have any link to that for those devices

Maybe we could just hyperlink all IPs for now so the option is there for people
